The psychodidactic foundations of primary school teachers’ professional activity are revealed; democratic and partnership-based approaches to the management of general secondary education institutions are substantiated; the current state and challenges of inclusive education are identified; and global trends in mathematics education under conditions of digitalization are outlined. Innovative approaches to the training of future teachers are substantiated, in particular the formation of transversal competencies, the development of reflective capacity, and the use of mentoring; the specifics of teacher training for environmental education of primary school pupils are analyzed. The approbation of the results was carried out within the framework of dissertation research, scientific publications, and participation in scientific and practical events.
