For this purpose, a quantitative analysis of the averaged records of surface EMG recordings of human muscles near the force and positional singular points of the test movements will be carried out, as well as an EMG analysis of the reaction of muscles - antagonists of the elbow joint in the movements of the transition between the force waves of flexors and extensors. It is planned to pay special attention to the development of a computerized mechatronic system for testing the movements of people's hands in case of wounding or substantial injuries and to investigate the processes of their post-operative rehabilitation. It is planned to investigate the reconstruction of segmental reflexes in athletes-runners at different time intervals of the training process by analyzing the changes in the amplitude of the H-reflex of the triceps calf muscle in athletes after running of different intensities and durations during different phases of the training cycle, as well as to identify the influence of vibration on the changes amplitudes of the H-reflex of the triceps muscle of the calf in athletes after running of various intensities; it is planned to conduct an analysis of the EEG reconstruction - the activity of brain processes in athletes-runners at different time intervals of the training process. In experiments on anesthetized rats, it is expected to reveal the possible influence of muscle pain on the transmission and processing of proprioceptive information in the brain by means of a comparative analysis of changes in the evoked potentials of the sensorimotor cortex during the development of fatigue of the muscles of the rat's limb under the conditions of their long-term stimulation or during intramuscular painful irritations. popup.description2 Using a robotic-mechatronic setup, we studied the EMG responses of antagonist muscles of the human elbow and shoulder joints to identify the dynamic properties of muscle contraction and explore an important class of motor programs that combine synergistic interactions between antagonist muscles. We modeled post-traumatic limb conditions in laboratory animals, investigating post-amputation disuse atrophy of the preserved hindlimb muscles of rats. We proposed using an animal model to study the degradation and restoration of hindlimb muscle strength in rats using a functional hindlimb prosthesis, which ensures loading of the gastrocnemius muscle.
