The object of the research is the process of formation and functioning of digital environments for the integration of education and industry in the context of the digital transformation of society. The subject of the research comprises the theoretical and practical aspects of the development of digital platforms and environments that ensure interaction between educational institutions and industrial partners. The purpose of the study is to analyze current trends in the development of digital environments for the integration of education and industry in Ukraine and worldwide and to substantiate their role in educational–industrial interaction. Within the first stage of the research, a theoretical analysis of the concept of a digital environment for the integration of education and industry was conducted, and its structural and functional components as well as methodological foundations were identified. Digital educational environments were analyzed as tools for integrating education and industry, and models of their interaction in the context of digitalization were generalized. A classification of digital environments according to functional, organizational, and technological criteria was carried out. Digital platforms, online environments, and educational–industrial ecosystems were identified as key research objects. The global experience of using digital technologies for the development of dual and practice-oriented education was summarized. The obtained results form an analytical basis for further stages of the research aimed at modeling an effective digital environment for the integration of education and industry.
