The primary focus was placed on forming the theoretical foundation of professional training for future specialists capable of productive research and innovation activities in situations of crisis and uncertainty. Within this stage, the content and structural components of higher education teachers’ readiness for active research activity, the implementation of inclusive education, and the involvement of students in scientific-technical and research-and-development activities were identified. Particular attention was paid to the development of preventive mechanisms aimed at mitigating the negative effects of psychological trauma, professional burnout, and chronic stress caused by the war on academic staff and higher education students. The outcome of the second stage was the conceptual substantiation of the integrated “Science–Education–Innovative Entrepreneurship” approach, which combines academic research, pedagogical practices, and innovative entrepreneurial activity as a foundation for preserving and reproducing the scientific and human resource potential of universities. The formulated provisions laid the groundwork for further experimental verification of the effectiveness of the proposed concept and for the development of practical crisis-management strategies in Ukrainian higher education institutions.
