A new experimental model of premature ovarian failure has been created that reproduces the characteristic pathogenetic changes inherent in this condition and reflects not only local ovarian damage, but also systemic metabolic and inflammatory effects, which brings it closer to the clinical picture in women with this chronic comorbid pathology.
