The purpose of the study is the development of methodological support, scientific and practical recommendations to enhance the institutional support for state management of entrepreneurial activity development at the central executive level in Ukraine during the post-war period. Research methods are theoretical generalization, analysis, synthesis, statistical analysis, systematic approach, graphic method, and comparison. The evolution and trends of public administration of entrepreneurship development are studied. The features of public administration in the conditions of large-scale russian aggression against Ukraine, the challenges and risks of the martial law period and the features of the post-war recovery of the Ukrainian economy are determined. The structure of the central bodies of state management of entrepreneurial activity and the analysis of the distribution of functions regarding the management of the development of entrepreneurship between them are determined. The content and structure of the regulatory and legal framework of entrepreneurship as a component of its institutional support are studied. The results obtained are the basis for the development of methodological support and scientific and practical recommendations for improving the quality of state management of the development of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine by improving its institutional support.
