The purpose of the work: Improve the functionalities of the Universal Publishing Platform of the NAS of Ukraine journals, develop algorithms for linking the platform with other components of the NAS of Ukraine Open Science Infrastructure, implement the developments in the practice of open-access journals. Research methods are methods of scientometric, statistical, and system analysis; source and comparative analysis; graphical and analytical (to illustrate the results of the study); generalisation and abstract and logical, as well as methods of comprehensive monitoring of the presentation of publishing products of the NAS of Ukraine in the electronic space. The applicability of the planned work: all the work performed will help to transform the existing periodicals of the NAS of Ukraine of various thematic areas into open access journals that will provide real-time information on the results of scientific research carried out at the Academy with a single "entry point" to the Universal Publishing Platform, which will be linked not only to global aggregators but also to open data bases and scientific preprints of the NAS of Ukraine in the Open Science Cloud. The obtained results will enable further implementation of modern communication technologies in the practice of scientific journals of the NAS of Ukraine and their transformation into open access journals, supplying the Universal Publishing Platform of Open Access Journals of the NAS of Ukraine.
