In beef cattle breeding, the research focused on developing the desired type of the Aberdeen Angus breed of domestic selection to obtain a new generation of animals with high economic and biological traits that meet European standards. The formation of this type was carried out using selection and mating methods based on American, British, Canadian, and Ukrainian genetic lines. Improvements in beef cattle production technology were directed toward enhancing animal comfort through modernization of housing conditions. Additional shelters over feeding areas and resting zones were introduced, a designated calving area for problematic cows was established, and hay feeding was organized in special metal containers placed directly in the pens. One of the key areas in pig production is the effective use of boars. Studies on the efficiency of Duroc boars of Danish and British origin in commercial groups showed similar dynamics in growth, meat productivity, and meat quality. Further search for new combinations is recommended to enhance productivity and raw material quality. A monitoring of snail farming and goat breeding in Ukraine was conducted, which allowed identifying relevant directions for future scientific research. Product Description popup.authors Hanna L.
