The structure of the products has been improved by obtaining a new composition of geopolymer composites with the addition of 5% basalt powder, which allows improving the structure of the material, achieving optimal porosity of the foamed composition and improving the performance properties of construction products, increasing their strength both in compression and under bending loads. Based on studies of the influence of the electrolyte composition and technological parameters on the process of plasma-electrolytic oxidation of titanium alloys, a method for the synthesis of biocompatible protective coatings on titanium alloys has been developed, the physicochemical properties of which allow achieving better biocompatibility of implants made of titanium alloys. The synthesized oxide-ceramic coatings also increase the corrosion resistance of titanium alloys ВТ1-00, ВТ-6, which is used to protect gas turbine engine blades and increase their operational reliability. A method of strengthening heat treatment of heat-resistant complex alloy steel X12CrNiMoV12-3 has been developed, which promotes the separation of secondary strengthening phases in the steel structure, which improves the structure, properties and mechanical condition of products at elevated temperatures, and can be used to increase the service life of aircraft engine parts.
