A model of the strategic architecture of a regional innovation ecosystem has been proposed, which takes into account global challenges, the level of investment attractiveness of the region and the specifics of international cooperation, which allows increasing the coherence of actions of ecosystem entities. Directions for adapting European experience in supporting and developing startups to national conditions have been substantiated, in particular through the integration of acceleration programs, venture financing and public-private partnership mechanisms into the international business ecosystem. Methodological approaches to assessing international investment attractiveness have been improved, which are supplemented by indicators of innovative activity, the level of digitalization and ecosystem interaction, which allows for a comprehensive assessment of the conditions for the functioning of business ecosystems. A system of sustainable development indicators for planning international economic activity is proposed, which combines economic, social and environmental indicators and can be used by ecosystem entities to substantiate strategic management decisions. Methodological recommendations for assessing and modeling the investment climate in the context of international integration of Ukraine have been developed, which allow predicting the impact of integration processes on innovation and investment activity and increasing the efficiency of ecosystem development management.
