The system of geodetic, cartographic, and geoinformation support for land management, cadastre, and land monitoring. Research Objective. Justification of the system of topographic and geodetic support for land management and the land cadastre based on GIS technologies and the accuracy of plan‑cartographic materials obtained through various technologies to ensure cadastral work. Study of the principles of comprehensive ecological mapping of land resources through the use of specialized geoinformation software to improve efficiency in valuation activities and cadastre. Study of the principles of modeling and monitoring the state of land. Research Methods. The methods include analysis of scientific sources and regulatory acts, the use of GNSS, laser scanning, photogrammetry, and remote sensing for the creation of digital terrain models and land monitoring, application of GIS for data integration and updating of cartographic materials, as well as modeling and statistical methods for assessing accuracy and forecasting changes in land use. Main research results. The conceptual principles for improving the processes of geospatial information formation for the needs of land management and cadastre are substantiated. A data integration system combining GNSS, remote sensing, laser scanning, and UAV technologies has been developed in accordance with international and national standards. An improved methodology for geodetic support of cadastral works using GNSS infrastructure and continuously operating reference station networks has been formulated. A multi-level system for assessing the accuracy and quality of cartographic and cadastral data is proposed. Methodological approaches to land monitoring based on satellite and aerial imagery have been developed, including algorithms for detecting land cover changes and assessing the condition of agricultural lands, forest, and wetland ecosystems.
