The structure of the methodology is represented by a six-level scheme: “concept–principles–models–methods–software tools–technology”; system models are developed and tasks for ECO DSs s are formulated, in which the description of dangerous space parameters in three-dimensional space is defined as “life-cycle stages of ECO DSs – tasks of ECO DSs – means of ECO DSs”; indicators and criteria for ECO DSs, as well as tasks based on the defined criteria, are also specified. A method for parameter identification and modeling, planning the organization of communications and routing in DSs, is developed, taking into account the identification of DSs’ parameters, modeling of DSs about their types, existing obstacles, active countermeasures (electronic warfare, means of destruction, etc.), and explosive ordnance for MIS. Software tools for parameter identification, modeling of DSs, and planning the organization of communications and routing within DSs are developed based on the proposed method for parameter identification and modeling, as well as for planning communications and routing in DSs.
