The novelty of the work lies in the formation of an agreed medium-term program document taking into account modern security, socio-economic and infrastructure conditions, as well as in the systematic combination of tasks for the restoration, modernization and development of the city's housing and communal services. The work identifies priority areas for the development of housing and communal infrastructure, forms a set of measures, a system of performance indicators, resource provision and deadlines for the Program's implementation. The use of the results of the work will contribute to increasing the efficiency of housing and communal services management, improving the quality of housing and communal services, reducing the accident rate of engineering networks and rational use of resources. The socio-economic effectiveness of the work consists in improving the quality of life of Kyiv residents, strengthening the sustainability of life support systems, improving the condition of urban infrastructure, and creating the prerequisites for its sustainable development.
