The peculiarities of Telegram's influence on public sentiment among Ukrainians in the context of Russian armed aggression are examined. The role of volunteers in supporting the military, providing humanitarian aid, and shaping civil society is considered. The impact of the war on the self-organization of citizens, the growth of public trust in volunteer initiatives, and the active use of digital technologies in volunteer activities are highlighted.
