It involves the synthesis of silver nanoparticles using polyvinylpyrrolidone stabilizer, characterized by the fact that the synthesis of silver nanoparticles is carried out by electrolysis in an ultrasonic field under the influence of electromagnetic radiation. Low-dimensional structures were created through photoreduction. SERS substrates were fabricated by laser-induced reduction and formation of high-concentration silver nanoparticles directly on glass, ITO, and silicon surfaces. An analysis was performed of how the optical properties of nanoparticles change depending on their geometry. It was shown that the field amplitude can be increased through enhancement due to waveguide resonance during the interaction of a plane optical wave with a periodic structure.
