The study of this issue requires a systematic approach, the formation of an integrated model of agricultural land valuation, covering spatial, legal, economic and environmental aspects of ensuring balanced land management popup.description2 The theoretical foundations of creating an effective information and analytical support for the assessment of agricultural land are substantiated. The proposed assessment model should include machine learning algorithms for analyzing large volumes of data, spatial analytics tools and forecasting based on historical trends. Automation of data collection is of great importance, which increases the speed and accuracy of assessment. Geoinformation technologies, in particular remote sensing and GIS, make it possible to obtain up-to-date information about the state of land cover, which makes them indispensable in modern land management. Satellite images allow covering large areas, are regularly updated and are a cost-effective alternative to traditional methods, such as ground surveys. Despite the availability of powerful tools, a number of problems have been identified in the field of information support for land assessment. Among them is limited access to information on real transaction prices, which does not allow accurately forming the market value of plots. Even modern geoportals, in particular "Uvekon", which provide analysis of offers and market coefficients, do not have full access to data on actual land sale prices. In this regard, it is proposed to improve approaches to information and analytical support at the national level. Particular attention should be paid to the integration of open data, the creation of a unified system of geoinformation exchange and the development of analytical tools based on GIS technologies and artificial intelligence, which allow assessing the value of land plots more objectively and accurately.
