The aim of the research is to develop and substantiate a strategy for the functioning and development of business in Ukraine in the context of transformation processes. Working hypothesis. Conducting research on the economic state of business structures in the context of war, assessing influencing factors, and defining the mechanisms and tools for ensuring their functioning, which will allow solving the scientific problem of increasing efficiency in the context of forming a strategy for their development in the context of transformation processes.
