At this stage, an analysis of the current state of ICT use in the agricultural sector was carried out, key digital tools and platforms were identified that have the potential to increase the efficiency of human capital management, labor productivity and the level of employee involvement. Within the framework of stage I, a generalization of domestic and foreign experience in the digitalization of agricultural production was carried out, conceptual approaches to the integration of ICT into the processes of training, communication, motivation and personnel management were formed. The feasibility of using digital monitoring systems, information and analytical resources and communication platforms to support management decision-making in agricultural enterprises was substantiated. The results obtained create the basis for further development and practical implementation of ICT solutions aimed at the sustainable development of human capital in the agricultural sector.
