The novelty of the work is the orientation of the Program for 2024–2028 to the implementation of the National Economic Strategy for the period until 2030, the National Strategy for Creating a Barrier-Free Space in Ukraine for the period until 2030, the Sustainable Development Goals of Ukraine for the period until 2030, the State Strategy for Regional Development for 2021–2027, the State Strategy for Ensuring Equal Rights and Opportunities for Women and Men for the period until 2030, the Strategy for the Development of the Sphere of Innovation Activity for the period until 2030, the Strategy for the Development of Industrial Parks for 2023–2030, the Strategy for the Recovery, Sustainable Development and Digital Transformation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises for the period until 2027, and the Strategy for the Development of Kyiv until 2027. The results of the work can be used in the activities of the Department of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration) and other departments of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration), as well as in the activities of district state administrations in Kyiv to organize work on regulating and supporting industry, entrepreneurship and the consumer market of Kyiv. The implementation of the development will contribute to ensuring the effectiveness of regulating and supporting industry, entrepreneurship and the consumer market of the capital, in particular in the context of promoting employment of the population.
