During the project, using modern computational approaches, the structural features of the acetylcholine-binding site of the M2-type muscarinic acetylcholine receptors in humans were studied, and new synthetic low-molecular weight compounds capable of activating these receptors were identified. their affinity to target receptors was assessed, after which their pharmacological properties and parameters were studied using a number of physiological and pharmacological methods on a model of smooth muscles and cardiovascular vascular activity in rats, which allowed the identification of new lead compounds for the development of new drugs for the emergency treatment of acute myocardial infarction and myocardial injuries.
