The paper obtained the following results: the functionality of Google Workspace as a cloud platform for organizing collaboration in the departments of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine was analyzed; mechanisms for integrating Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Calendar, Forms, and Sites into daily management and operational activities were investigated; approaches to optimizing document flow, interdepartmental coordination, and organizing remote interactions using cloud technologies were substantiated; the potential for using Gemini artificial intelligence tools to automate web-based processes, prepare reporting documentation, intelligently process requests, and support planning were analyzed; Practical scenarios for using Google Workspace to implement the core functions of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) are examined, specifically in the preparation of operational reports, training and methodological work, personnel surveys, and the use of cartographic data. Issues of information security, access management, data protection, and updating information in the Google Workspace environment are explored. The advantages, limitations, and potential challenges of using cloud and AI technologies in the SES system are identified, along with ways to overcome them and prospects for further development.
