Head Terebilenko Kateryna V., Доктор хімічних наук Registration Date 26-02-2026 Organization Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv popup.description1 Development of a technology for the production of glass ceramics based on modified glass, which includes modifiers (Bi₂O₃, B₂O₃, MoO₃, WO₃, ZnO, Eu₂O₃, V₂O₅, Ta₂O₅) and luminescent oxide particles with high quantum yield. These glass ceramics will be further used as a coating for solar panels to improve the absorption of solar radiation, including the successful conversion of ultraviolet light into visible light. popup.description2 The report presents the results of research aimed at the development and comprehensive investigation of new luminescent materials based on oxide glasses, glass-ceramics, and crystalline compounds of phosphate, molybdate, vanadate, and tungstate systems. Within the scope of the work, the glass-forming regions of multicomponent melts were determined, which enabled a justified selection of compositions for the synthesis of functional materials with tailored structural and optical properties. Oxide phosphors were synthesized using melt-quenching, solid-state reaction, co-precipitation, and sol–gel methods. A comprehensive physicochemical characterization of the obtained materials was performed employing modern structural, spectroscopic, and thermal analysis techniques. The relationships between composition, structural state, and luminescent properties were established, and promising systems for efficient conversion of ultraviolet radiation into the visible range were identified. The obtained results are consistent with the current international level of research in the field of inorganic luminescent materials and provide a scientific and technological basis for the further development of energy-efficient and environmentally safe phosphors for applications in optoelectronics, photonics, and lighting technologies Product Description popup.authors Nataliia Y.
