Purpose of research: theoretical substantiation and scientific-methodological support for the development of an innovative and safe educational environment through the design, systematization, and implementation of modern learning tools and educational equipment in accordance with state educational policy requirements. Research methods: system and functional approaches to analyzing the educational environment were applied, including pedagogical modeling, monitoring of material and technical support in educational institutions, comparative analysis of regulatory documents, and generalization of national and international experience. Model of an innovative spatial educational environment was substantiated as an integrated system combining pedagogical, technical, and safety components; classification and functional requirements for modern learning tools and equipment were clarified. Indicative lists of learning tools and equipment were developed, methodological recommendations for organizing safe educational spaces were prepared, analytical materials for planning material and technical support were produced, and proposals for improving regulatory frameworks were formulated. A systematic approach to designing the educational environment has been formed, taking into account the pedagogical, technological, and security requirements of modern education.
