So, now it is the commodity nature of information that is becoming the main source of influence on the speed of its circulation, which is based on supply-demand relations between owners and consumers of the information product, which should stimulate the creation of favorable conditions not only for information producers, but also for its users. In other words, stimulating the production of agro-industrial information in itself does not lead to the acceleration of its circulation in the relevant spheres of production, unless the latter are given the opportunity: a) to acquire it at the right time and in the right form, content and volumes; b) use the acquired information with a certain economic benefit for oneself in the near future with those degrees of its size (within the predicted range of economic effect) and, most importantly, of guarantee, which will depend solely on the thoroughness of the user himself. This leads to a fairly simple to understand, but very difficult to practically observe, economic and organizational principle of achieving the most effective functioning of the information support system (ISS) of agro-industrial production (APV), according to which the degree of effectiveness of the APV ISS is determined not so much by the quantity, but by the speed of circulation in it of the most useful (that which directly or indirectly brings the consumer the maximum current economic benefit from its use) information. In support of this, an argument can be brought that there is always information circulating in the APV ISS that is both useless (in the sense we have adopted here), but absolutely necessary for regulating the social function of the APV.
