The role of artificial intelligence is highlighted as a key factor in improving the quality of strategic decision-making, forecasting, and risk management. A concept of strategic planning based on innovative strategems has been developed, along with a system of principles and approaches for their formation, as well as an algorithm and methodology for strategic planning of sustainable development using artificial intelligence technologies. The proposed approaches are aimed at strengthening economic resilience, competitiveness, and security in conditions of uncertainty. The obtained results have scientific novelty and practical value and can be applied in the activities of enterprises, public authorities, and local governments, as well as in research and educational processes.
