General and sectoral components of recovery under such a scenario should include: building the economy of the future: economic development based on decoupling – growth of macroeconomic indicators and reduction of pressure on the environment. In particular, this involves the process of decarbonization – reducing carbon emissions into the atmosphere and increasing the carbon and water productivity of the economy; reduction of waste generation; eduction of air and water pollution; development of circular economy. In addition, green reconstruction should focus on the conservation of natural capital, including water and land management, biodiversity conservation; as well as improving the quality of life, including environmental quality. Also, green reconstruction should ensure the construction of a basis for green investments and green innovations, state assistance to green sectors in priority areas, and the creation of green jobs. Therefore, the aim of the research is to solve the problem of ecologically clean recovery of Ukraine on the basis of the consistent development of society, economy and the state, that is, the use of green tools to achieve the set goals, effective mechanisms for integrating environmental problems into the decision-making process and clear environmental conditions for the implementation of sectoral projects. popup.description2 During the stage, significant scientific results were obtained, substantially exceeding the anticipated indicators and considerably deepening the theoretical and practical foundation of the research. A series of articles were published in journals indexed in the Scopus and Web of Science databases, as well as in Ukrainian professional editions of Category “B”. The findings were presented and discussed at international and national scientific-practical conferences. Doctoral and PhD dissertations dedicated to key aspects of green transformation, circular economy, climate neutrality, and sustainable development amid global challenges were successfully defended. Textbooks and study guides on recycling, circular economy, and international investment activity were published. Patents of Ukraine were obtained for inventions in the fields of autonomous rainwater utilization, sustainable construction technologies, and transport infrastructure. Contracts for the practical implementation of research results in the activities of economic entities were concluded. Applications were submitted to international grant programmes aimed at further development and implementation of green reconstruction models. The obtained scientific results establish a robust theoretical and methodological foundation for shaping an effective model of post-war green reconstruction of Ukraine based on resource efficiency, circular economy principles, and integration of sustainable development into the national economic system.
