The relevance of the topic is due to the need to form a new model of reconstruction on the basis of digital transformation, integration into global innovation ecosystems and the introduction of intelligent technologies for managing socio-economic processes. The purpose of the project is to theoretically substantiate the essence of the concept of smart economy and develop a toolkit for the post-war reconstruction of the Ukrainian economy on the basis of smartization. The object of the research is the processes of systemic reconstruction of the Ukrainian economy on the basis of competitive smartization in the global environment., the subject is the determinants, models and mechanisms of smart reconstruction of the Ukrainian economy in the conditions of the formation of a qualitatively new paradigm for the development of the global economy. The architectonics of the smart economy has been studied, its theoretical basis and structural elements, directions and possibilities of its implementation at the national and local levels have been substantiated. The work has carried out a comparative analysis of the qualitative characteristics of the development of the smart economy by region, identification of key mechanisms and tools for rebuilding Ukraine on the principles of smartization and intellectualization. A conceptual model of global smartization has been proposed, combining digital infrastructure, financial mechanisms for supporting smart projects and artificial intelligence.
