The research is dedicated to the study and implementation of modern technologies, methods and approaches to increase the effectiveness of training military specialists and the activities of units of the National Guard of Ukraine under martial law. The purpose of the research is to analyze the impact of innovative tools on the professional readiness of personnel and develop practical recommendations for strengthening state security. The implementation of fact-checking practices and media education technologies forms a “media immunity” in officers, which allows them to critically analyze information and counteract disinformation. The use of generative AI and immersive technologies (VR/AR/MR) to create adaptive educational systems is substantiated. This allows for personalization of training, modeling of combat situations without risk to life, and implementation of training analytics. The impact of stress on the body is studied, in particular the role of the microbiome as a biological indicator of mental health. An integrated approach to correcting conditions using nutraceutical support and biofeedback training is proposed. A model for training officers for public order protection, escorting, and extradition is developed. The model is based on a combination of psychological, cognitive, activity, and reflective components.
