The subject of the study is the formation of synergistic interaction between displaced business entities and other stakeholders in the process of revitalizing regional ecosystems, and ensuring rapid response and responses to medium- and long-term challenges caused by military actions in Ukraine. The goal is to develop scientifically based practical recommendations for the revitalization of regional ecosystems of Ukraine with the involvement of displaced businesses using appropriate models of financing its development. Research methods: stakeholder analysis using the Problem-Frame Stakeholder Map, Ethical Analysis Grid, Policy Attractiveness versus Stakeholder Capability Grid methods; annual telephone surveys of enterprises using the CATI method (processing in SPSS), focus groups with regional business associations (analysis in NVivo), semi-structured interviews with government bodies and regional agencies. The scientific novelty lies in the formation of the concept of the development of relocated businesses through stakeholder interaction and development of financing models; creation of a methodology for assessing problems and impacts in host regions; improvement of relocation assessment tools and selection of financing models taking into account fintech, DLT and green finance; development of mechanisms for synergy between relocated businesses and regional stakeholders and classification of support programs. Conclusions. The impact of relocated businesses depends on the structure of the economy, quality of governance and institutional support. Transparent procedures accelerate integration, their absence makes communities transitory. The application of development financing models based on fintech, blended and impact finance is substantiated. A risk-oriented approach to managing relocated enterprises is proposed. The results are implemented in the activities of different stakeholders. Product Description popup.authors Yevheniia A. Polishchuk Mariia A. Tepliuk Vladyslav V. Horbov Vladyslav V.
