The research outcomes will include: the formation of a theoretical-methodological basis for the development of an inclusive labor market amidst business relocation and forced migration; diagnosis of the current state of the labor market during full-scale war in Ukraine; analysis of contemporary trends in business relocation and population migration; scientific-practical justification of approaches to ensuring employment, increasing labor productivity through the development of inclusive labor market regulation mechanisms, flexible regulatory measures to consolidate efforts of all parties in social dialogue, increasing economic activity, meeting the education system and professional skills with labor market needs.
