The object of the research is biologically active hydrogel and ceramic nanocomposite materials for 3D bioprinting. The subject of the project is the process of developing biologically active hydrogels and ceramic nanocomposite materials for 3D bioprinting methods for obtaining cartilage and joint tissues, prostheses and implants for the purpose of medical care at the stages of treatment and rehabilitation of military personnel. The implementation of the project involves the use, first of all, of standardized methods for researching biopolymer hydrogels, humic acids, ceramic materials and composites based on them. To optimize the method for obtaining humic acids from brown coal, standardized and independently developed by the authors methods were used. Also used methods - petrographic, elemental and calorimetric analysis of raw materials. Rheological studies to determine the composition of the degree of swelling, strength, heat resistance, transdermal and antibacterial action of hydrogels.
