This applies not only to the military, but also to a large number of civilians, including most children. The level of stress resistance of a person, determined by the state of the body’s adaptive capabilities to the effects of unfavourable conditions and uncertainties, in most cases depends on the nutritional supply of the body. The goal of the project is to develop highly efficient multi-component ultrasonic oscillatory systems, in particular, an energy-saving automated polyfrequency ultrasonic system for intensifying the process of extraction of biologically active substances from plant materials in the production of multinutrient functional beverages for complex rehabilitation and prevention of post-traumatic stress disorders, increasing the level of stress resistance, which will be valuable for improving public health, medicine, food and military defence capabilities of the country. As a result of the project, experimental samples of ultrasonic equipment, experimental samples and technology for the production of multi-nutrient functional beverages will be developed for introduction into the diet for stress disorders, in particular those caused by military actions.
