The subject of the research is an experimental sample of a thermoelectric device for ablation and minimally invasive reconstructive surgery. The object of the research is the parameters of a thermoelectric microcooler to achieve optimal temperature regimes for the destruction of biological tissue. The purpose of the research is to develop and manufacture an experimental sample of a thermoelectric device for ablation and minimally invasive reconstructive surgery. Research methods include methods of thermal physics, thermodynamics, semiconductor physics and solid-state physics, methods of mathematical physics, computer simulation. The design of multi-stage thermoelectric cooling modules for medical purposes, the optimal design and an experimental sample of a thermoelectric device for ablation and minimally invasive reconstructive surgery have been developed. The device is original and its characteristics exceed the domestic and foreign level. A methodology for using the device in medical practice has been developed. The device has been transferred to the Department of Oncology of the Bukovinian State Medical University for clinical trials. The results obtained are of practical value for both the medical and instrument-making industries, since their use makes it possible to create a unique type of equipment that currently has no analogues in the world.
