Research objectives: to study the methodological foundations for the modernisation of the national security paradigm in Ukraine; to develop conceptual foundations for the formation of a system for ensuring human security in Ukraine; to assess the patterns of technological development of Ukraine and to implement strategic design of the innovative business environment in Ukraine in the context of martial law and postwar conditions; to build a comprehensive integrated model of the Human Security Index, taking into account the impact of military threats; to test the Human Security Index at the regional, national and international levels. Expected results of the project: 1. Development of conceptual provisions for ensuring human security in Ukraine based on the strategic design of an innovative business environment. 2. Improvement of the methodological approach to assessing the strategic design of the innovative business environment in terms of the relationship between the state, business and society. 3. Development of a methodological approach to the strategic assessment of human security through the calculation of the integral indicator “Human Security Index”. 4. Substantiation of new scientific and practical recommendations for improving state policy in the social, environmental and security spheres to create favourable conditions for the development of human security in Ukraine. 5. Revision and supplementation of the fundamental scientific provisions of the theories of national security, innovation management and strategic management.
