Scientific research methods: the methodology of research and development of the Institute is based on the works of classics of innovative economics, the basic provisions of which were continued in the concept of innovative provision of new creations and innovations on an entrepreneurial basis, which adheres to the statement that scientists create new knowledge and scientific developments (innovations) with innovative potential, and entrepreneurs cooperating with science transform scientific developments into commercial products (innovations) and ensure their transfer to the market on entrepreneurial terms (i.e., with the aim of making a profit). This gives a synergistic effect from the cooperation of science and business. The novelty of the conducted research: the study of development trends and features of the functioning of knowledge-intensive markets in the world and in Ukraine requires new methodological approaches that should take into account global changes in the economy and society, the development of new areas of digital, quantum economy, bioeconomy, the pros and cons of international integration, the need to protect domestic research centers, consumers of high-tech products. Developed: scientific approaches to the implementation of the principles of innovative bioeconomy in the agro-industrial complex; scientifically substantiated methods for the development of agricultural production on the principles of innovative bioeconomy; developed a scientific and organizational basis for the functioning and development of innovative bioeconomy in the field of high-tech agricultural production.
