The objectives defined for the reporting stages were successfully achieved. A systematic analysis of state policy and the regulatory framework governing the professional development of educators in Ukraine under the conditions of full-scale war was conducted. The study identified key trends, challenges, and prospects for updating the national system of teacher professional development. The results were reflected in several academic and scholarly publications. A comparative analysis of international practices in teacher education and professional development was also carried out. Particular attention was paid to alternative pathways into the teaching profession, certification programmes, the development of teacher professional identity, and trauma-informed approaches. The findings were presented in peer-reviewed Ukrainian and international journals. The study substantiated innovative organizational, managerial, methodological, and technological approaches to the modernization of teacher education, including the integration of digital technologies and artificial intelligence into teacher preparation. The research findings contributed to the development of the draft Conceptual Framework for the Continuous Professional Growth of Teachers in General Secondary Education Institutions and were used in preparing a chapter for the OECD publication Teacher Professional Learning: Drawing Upon International Practice for a Future Vision for Ukraine. The project also initiated the annual international conference “Innovative Approaches to Teacher Education and Professional Development”. Overall, the findings provide a scientific basis for improving teacher education and professional development in Ukraine in the context of wartime challenges and the New Ukrainian School reform.
