Analysis of the current state of information and consulting services in the field of engineering, geology, land management and geodesy indicates a number of problems: fragmentation of information resources, lack of unified data exchange standards, limited use of geographic information systems (GIS) in land management and engineering planning practice, insufficient level of automation of analytical processes. The object of research is the processes of formation, processing, analysis and use of spatial coordination, cadastral, geological and geoinformation data in the field of providing information and consulting services for engineering, land management and geodetic projects. The subject of the research is the methodological, technological and organizational principles of optimizing processes and improving the quality of information and consulting support in the fields of engineering, geology, land management and geodesy, in particular through the implementation of geographic information systems (GIS), digital mapping and photogrammetric technologies. Research methods – geographic information technology (GIS); digital photogrammetry; cartographic modeling; system analysis; expert analytical methods; mathematical modeling and comparative analysis. As a result of the research, a new concept of an integrated information and consulting environment for spatial industries was proposed; the methodology for analyzing territories using GIS, cadastral and photogrammetric data was improved. The results of the research were implemented in the development strategy of PE "Agroinvest-Transit"for the period until 2026.
