The work includes a scientific and analytical generalization of the main statistical and financial indicators of the activities of 21 institutions of professional (vocational and technical) education, 15 institutions of professional pre-higher education of municipal ownership, subordinate to the Department of Education and Science, 3 institutions of professional pre-higher education and 3 institutions of higher education, subordinate to the Department of Culture, as well as an institution of higher education of municipal ownership - Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University. The study provided scientific and methodological support for the formation of a regional order in terms of determining the cost of training specialists and workers for the economy of the city of Kyiv. Based on the results of the study, project indicators of the cost of personnel training services by institutions of professional (vocational and technical), professional pre-higher and higher education of municipal ownership in Kyiv were prepared to form the order of the Kyiv City Military Administration dated 01.07.2025 No. 721 “On approval of the regional order for the training of specialists, scientific, scientific-pedagogical and labor personnel, advanced training and retraining of personnel at the expense of the Kyiv city budget for 2025”.
