The purpose of the work is to substantiate modern approaches to the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of therapeutic pathology in servicemen and employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine under martial law based on the peculiarities of their clinical course. Research methods are bibliosemantic - for the analysis of scientific sources on the problem under study; epidemiological - for the study of the structure of morbidity; clinical (survey, physical and laboratory and instrumental examination), epidemiological, questionnaires, pharmacoeconomic and statistical analysis - for the collection, processing and analysis of data obtained during the study. The research work analyzed the incidence and prevalence of diseases of internal organs among servicemen and employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine under martial law.
