The parameters of a vibrating mill with multi-frequency vibration excitation for effective grinding and mechanical activation of raw materials have been substantiated. The parameters of the reactor for hydrogen production as an open mass transfer electrochemical system are justified. The rational parameters of the method for obtaining hydrogen from mine methane by plasma-chemical action are justified. The parameters of the plasma-chemical method for obtaining hydrogen-containing gases from solid carbon-hydrogen-containing raw materials from mines are justified. An algorithm has been developed for selecting initial values for thermophysical parameters to launch the algorithm for numerical solution of the system of equations. Based on a mathematical model and developed calculation algorithms, rational parameters have been selected to determine the efficiency of various options for heating and cooling the working fluid in a turbine that implements the Rankine cycle. A mathematical model of porous body saturation and a calculation algorithm were developed, which, together with experimental data, made it possible to obtain corresponding curves characterising the truncated distribution of porous channels by radius. Algorithms have been developed for calculating the parameters of the process of dewatering coal enrichment waste storage facilities and mine water ponds with the combined use of resource-saving biotechnologies that act both on the surface of the storage facility and along its coastline.
