Registration Date 12-03-2026 Organization National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" popup.description1 The aim of R&D is determination of the the fiber-reinforced conrete products with application of the vibration extrusion popup.description2 It has been established that an important advantage of vibroextrusion mixing is the possibility of using a low water-cement ratio of the mixture. It is known that excess water, which does not react with cement, increases the porosity of concrete, reducing its density and strength. Moreover, this is most significantly characteristic of fiber concrete than for ordinary concrete. Effective mixing of the components of the fiber concrete mixture can be ensured by using a cascade vibroextruder with several compartments. In this case, the mixture is redistributed in each compartment, as a result of which it is subjected to more uniform shear deformations. Moreover, such compartments can be arranged both sequentially and in parallel. A device for obtaining a layer of cement-sand mortar is proposed, in which its new design provides a reduction in hydraulic resistance and an increase in the productivity of the device. Viscometers have been developed that simulate the vibroextrusion of fiber-reinforced concrete products. Methods for determining the rheological characteristics of dispersion-reinforced mixtures have been proposed. Viscosity measurement is carried out directly during the vibroextrusion process. The features of the flow of a fiber-reinforced concrete mixture between flat fixed walls that converge and in a flat symmetrical rectangular channel that narrows are considered. It is proposed to determine the decrease in the mixture flow rate in a rectangular channel compared to the flow between the plates using the braking coefficient K_Г. A graph of the dependence of the braking coefficient on the ratio of the sides of the cross-section of the rectangular channel is constructed.
