The research object is the processes of integrated development of socio-economic systems, territorial communities, and the agri-food sector under economic uncertainty. The research subject includes theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of forming mechanisms for sustainable and inclusive economic development, including institutional, financial, territorial, and technological components. The scientific novelty lies in creating a comprehensive theoretical and methodological platform that integrates the principles of sustainability, inclusiveness, and adaptability, as well as an economic-mathematical model for investment support of the strategic development of the agri-food sector, accounting for stochastic parameters of income and expenses. The proposed mechanisms optimize resource allocation, diversify funding sources, and provide preventive risk management, enhancing economic resilience and adaptability of management decisions. The study aims to justify theoretical and methodological foundations and develop practical recommendations for managing sustainable and inclusive economic development and investment support for the agri-food sector, contributing to Ukraine’s post-war recovery. The results can be applied in the development of state and regional policies, management of territories and agri-food enterprises, increasing the investment attractiveness of the sector, and educational processes for students of the 051 “Economics” program at ONTU. Recommendations target enterprises, government bodies, research institutions, and local communities to implement innovations, optimize investment decisions, strengthen social cohesion, and enhance territorial competitiveness.
