Developed: scientific approaches to improving legal norms, as well as training courses on innovation activity; scientifically substantiated the features of innovation activity in the conditions of bioeconomy, studied the scientific components of the formation of bioeconomic principles of innovative provision in the agricultural and industrial complex; formed regulatory and methodological proposals for the application of the mechanism of innovative provision in bioeconomy projects of the agricultural and industrial complex.
