Study of the processes caused by these mechanisms, to be able to most effectively and selectively use external influences. popup.description2 The parameters of degradation stability have been established: The time and temperature limits of stability of the optical constants of As-S-Se nanolayers have been determined. It has been proven that the developed stabilization technology cycles allow achieving reproducibility of the refractive index with an accuracy of 10⁻³, which is a priority for the creation of precision IR optics. The predictive ability of digital models has been substantiated: Based on experimental data and simulation results, it has been confirmed that the developed algorithms for calculating the spectrum of localized states allow predicting photoinduced changes with an accuracy of over 95%. A methodology for “research support” has been developed: A system for training teachers as mentors for scientific projects has been developed and implemented. The novelty lies in the use of proprietary virtual tools to visualize “invisible” quantum processes, which ensures the transition from abstract theory to applied STEM design. Final methodological recommendations for the use of nanotechnology content in education have been developed. The results have been implemented in the curricula for master's degree programs in physics at Ivan Ohienko K-PNU and in the system for working with gifted youth (MAN), which ensures the sustainable development of the region's scientific potential. The results have been implemented in the educational process at Ivan Ohienko Khmelnytsky National University and in the scientific activities of the Khmelnytsky branch of the Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences. The developed materials and methodological support increase the effectiveness of training teacher-researchers capable of supervising modern scientific projects by young people.
