Registration Date 15-03-2026 Organization Institute of Philosophy the H.Skovoroda National Ukrainian Academy of sciences popup.description1 To carry out an analysis of the doctrinal and essential parameters that regulate the activity of the religious network of Ukraine in the conditions of the modern Russian-Ukrainian war and form the religious and moral orientations of Ukrainian society. popup.description2 A comparative analysis of the processes taking place in the doctrine and practice of the leading religious movements in the territories of Ukraine in the conditions of the current Russian-Ukrainian war has been carried out. For the first time in Ukrainian and world religious studies, terminological contradictions in revealing the essence and forms of the influence of war on religion and religion on war, the current worldview and existential parameters of the confessional network of Ukraine and the peculiarities of the implementation of religious rights and freedoms in wartime in the context of the religious and legal component of national security have been analyzed. Against the background of the above-mentioned processes, the processes of transformation of the religious consciousness of Ukrainians in the conditions of war and changes in the theological sense-existential ideals of believers are shown. A solid conceptual basis has been created for identifying and analyzing the processes taking place in the field of freedom of conscience, primarily state-church and inter-church relations, in the conditions of the Russian-Ukrainian war; revealed religious threats to national security and national existence (the Ukrainian world) in general, to the identity and sovereignty of the Ukrainian people as a result of Russian aggression. The direct dependence of the ideological and propaganda work of individual religious movements as a factor of war (the doctrines of the "Russian world", "Eurasianism", the philosophy of "pacifism", etc.) is substantiated; the close relationship between the worldview principles formed by religious organizations and national security is indicated; the importance of partnership relations between religious organizations and state institutions for the survival of the Ukrainian world and the future victory in the Russian-Ukrainian war and post-war reconstruction is revealed.
