The object of the research is the power supply system and electrical networks of 110/6 kV of the substation "BSHK", which are on the balance sheet of LLC "Bilotserkivbud-Montazh". The work analyzed the operating modes of power equipment and calculated the losses of electricity at the level of information support "A". It was found that the key reason for technical and economic inefficiency is the operation of power transformers TM-6300/110 in the mode of deep underload (load is only 7–17% of the nominal power). It was established that conditionally constant losses (idle and insulation losses) reach 91.7–94% of the total active losses of the 110 kV network. It is also proven that the operation of old-style transformers (1967 model) leads to an almost twofold increase in active and reactive losses compared to modern analogues. To increase energy efficiency, a set of organizational and technical measures has been substantiated, the implementation of which will allow eliminating up to 50% of the technological losses of the enterprise. This will ensure monthly savings of about 8.6 thousand kWh of active and 36 thousand kvarh of reactive energy without additional capital investments. Additionally, the implementation of an automated metering system (ASKOE) and the installation of automatic capacitor units (ACU) for reactive power compensation in load nodes have been proposed.
