The purpose of the work is to create scientifically sound prerequisites for preserving the biodiversity of forest and aquatic ecosystems of Ukraine. Provision of the population of Ukraine with food products of animal origin is to be carried out by developing rations (feed mixtures), targeted recipes for compound feeds, BVMD and premixes for various species of farm animals (including in the hunting and fish farming sectors). Research methods – zootechnical, physiological, biochemical, physicochemical (gas chromatography-mass spectrometry), economic, remote calculations (computer analysis of colorimetric parameters), analytical, statistical. During the work, a method for remote counting of aquatic organisms and wild animals in their natural environment was developed. Diets were developed for the full nutrition of farm animals, especially those found in the war zone. Highly nutritious diets were also developed for all exotic animals kept in the Kharkiv Zoo, taking into account modern difficult conditions. The content of biologically active substances in feed was studied. The research data were taken into account for adjusting the diets. The technologies for making bread and wine, sprouted beans were studied, since food industry waste is a component of promising feed additives for animals. 28 works were published based on the report: 3 monographs (of which 2 sections in monographs), 6 articles in the Scopus NMB, 5 articles in professional publications, 13 in materials of International conferences, 1 patent (in co-authorship).
