The purpose of the research activity is to reveal the theoretical and methodological principles of the transformation of public power, to comprehend the socio-philosophical principles of the transformation of public administration, to consider the communicative strategies of political marketing and their implementation in the political process in the conditions of new social relations, to consider political and managerial transformations in the conditions of global challenges. In the process of working on the departmental topic, historical, structural-functional, systemic and institutional approaches, analysis and synthesis, comparison, classification, typology, SWOT analysis and forecasting were used. Based on the research conducted, the decentralization of public administration in Ukraine is considered as a complex and multifaceted process that affects all spheres of public life. Separate sections of the monograph are devoted to the decentralization of power at the level of the Ternopil region and the Ternopil city territorial community, as well as the policy of new regionalism in the European Union, the experience of implementing which will be important for the regional and subregional decentralization of the Ukrainian state in the conditions of its acquisition of the status of a member of this international organization.
