The novelty of the work is to establish the influence of growing conditions and develop new agrotechnical measures to increase the yield of energy-intensive biomass of Miscanthus Anderss as a plant raw material for biofuel production based on an ecological approach. A new method for increasing the biomass yield of Miscanthus Anderss, which involves establishing the influence of the cultivation method (single-species - monoculture or compatible with different legume crops) on the variability of quantitative indicators of plants and biomass yield. Which is implemented by growing Miscanthus Anderss in combination with a legume component in the interrows (perennial lupine) and using the mycorrhizal preparation Mycofriend at a dose of 0.2 l/ha with a consumption rate of 25 l/ha of working solution for foliar treatment of plants during spring top dressing. It was also determined that the increase in biomass yield of Miscanthus giganteus by 42.0% depends on the conditions of the year and by 53.0% - on the studied experimental variants. According to the results, it was established that the biomass yield of Miscanthus depends not only on the soil and climatic conditions of cultivation, but also on the system of mineral, microbiological and symbiotic nutrition of plants. The scientific level meets modern international requirements for research in the field of bioenergy, which is confirmed by publications in professional publications of Ukraine and in Scopus publications, monographs, professional publications, obtaining certificates for scientific works and patents for utility models.
