Scientific novelty of the obtained results For the first time, a method for forming a control function for the parameters of the technological process of a manufacturing enterprise has been developed to ensure its functional stability. The proposed method differs from existing approaches by applying the principle of deviation-based control and by taking into account the necessary and sufficient conditions formulated by the author for ensuring that the reference requirements are implemented in the production process. This approach improves the accuracy of technological process control. For the first time, a mathematical model of a functionally stable technological process supported by the information systems of a manufacturing enterprise has been developed. The proposed model differs from existing ones by employing the mathematical apparatus of pseudoinverse matrices. The developed model makes it possible to describe and simulate technological processes supported by the enterprise’s information systems. The method for analyzing a technological process supported by the information systems of a manufacturing enterprise has been improved. The proposed approach includes a refined definition, conditions, and criteria for the functional stability of the technological process. This method enables both qualitative and quantitative assessment of the ability of the enterprise’s information systems to counteract the consequences of abnormal situations arising under the influence of external and internal destabilizing factors during the implementation of the technological process.
